Slippery Rock Golf Club & Events Center was founded in 1928 by Ralph A. Nicholas.
Formerly known as Oakview Golf Club, the facility boasts 18 meticulously cared for holes carved through the rolling hills in Slippery Rock. In addition to the course, there is a restaurant, bar, driving range, golf shop, and banquet facility.
The course is now run by Dawn, Eric, Gary, Julie, Illyanna and Max Prebula, who are all related to Nicholas.
